About Sandra M Soto

As the Executive Director, Human Resources at Seneca Creek Executive Search, Sandra M. Soto is responsible for the Human Resources division with a focus on business development, client relations and strategic direction and leadership. Sandra oversees all talent acquisition activities relative to the recruitment and placement of human resources professionals.
Sandra brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources operations, workforce planning, culture change and talent acquisition in non-profit and for-profit markets. Prior to joining Seneca Creek Executive Search, Sandra served in several strategic leadership roles to include Director, Human Resources for Hargrove, LLC, Director, Human Resources for National Investment Center (NIC), various senior consulting roles while supporting Foster Thomas clients, and performed at the senior level for Laureate Education, Inc. In these various roles throughout her career, Sandra’s accountability and broad influence extended to all areas of these organizations’ human capital growth.
Sandra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations from Bowie State University. She later continued her education and received her Master of Arts degree in Teaching from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Sandra continues to stay abreast of HR issues and is a member of SHRM, CHRA, and PARW/CC. She holds current certifications to include PHR, SHRM-CP and CPRW.
