About Jade Youngquist
Becoming a successful recruiter is a growth-filled journey that Jade Youngquist has fully embraced as an Executive Recruiter with Seneca Creek Executive Search. His primary focus is to work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and source qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions at every level of the org chart. Jade brings 10 years of continuous recruitment experience to the table and has a quality over quantity approach to recruiting that allows him to quickly match the right candidate to the right job. Jade is adept at critical research and has the ability to recruit in just about any industry at any level. Prior to joining Seneca Creek Executive Search, Jade spent over 4 years as a Sr. Level Recruiter partnered with clients like Merrill Lynch and Cargill Foods, worked as Business Development Manager for a NY Startup and also conducted Medical Research for Philips Healthcare. Jade worked his way through college as a construction contractor and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The University of Montana in 2003. He currently resides with his wife and three children in Whitefish, Montana where he is active in the community and enjoys winter sports, hiking, fishing and everything that the great outdoors has to offer.
